I think it's an old screw hole on a table.

And I've definetly never seen the film thing. At least not that I can remember.

Yes, that was the idea.
Matoch got it close, it's a 3mm nail hole that a little spider has made to its home in outside wall of my house.

It figures. I get the guess correct when i won't be home for quite awhile.
