ReedGoodwin Goldmember 1,148 posts Joined Apr 2006 More info | It's a tool for cutting metal pipes. You put the pipe between the two rollers and the disc blade and then tighten the rollers until the blade comes in contact with the pipe. Then you rotate the tool around and progressively tighten the tool, cutting deeper into the pipe and eventually cutting through. My devices for capturing visible light

Specifically we are looking at an Allen Head bolt that holds together the front sprocket assembly that is driven by the crank arm attached to the pedal.
