I think tim is close, but I thought that moon was a redder shade of yellow.
Seems like an LED face on a computer, monitor or any number of devices.

(Maybe instead of putting a limit on the time or number of guesses, it would be better to tell what your pic is before you go to bed or otherwise disappear for several hours. Not criticizing, just a thought. I just read through the whole thread, and it reminds me of the "what is it?" guessing games I looked at as a kid in magazines. :)
