It looks like one of those metal flexible cable conduits, but at 3mmx3mm, each of those would be less than 1mm wide.. Hmmm.

Nope to all of the above. OK, one more clue to show I am a nice guy.

1. Is used by boys and girls (men and women)
2. The image is about 3x3mm
3. It is not electrical itself, though in some cases is used with something electrical.
4. The detailed name (which I don't need) is the same as an article of clothing worn by women (and the odd guy).

This last clue may be tricky but you will know you have it right if you get it.
