It should be a rule that if the person posting the picture does not respond within an hour or two it moves to the next person who wants to post a photo. This is kind of crazy.

And if the person who won doesn't post a shot in say an hour, it moves on as well.

Opinions?

I'm almost certain that roanjohn is correct about it being a lighter. Of course that would be a butane refillable lighter. Where is elr?

I definitely vote for someone else to jump in and post their macro pic. 21 hours is a LONG time for us to wait. And while we're on the subject, maybe a macro thread part duex. LOL (kidding)

You totally should split this into 2 threads... that way you can get more action. More pictures to pick from at the same time.

You are correct as of late. What I have noticed is there are good days and bad, not just early on was more fun. Remember the "lightening round"?

It would be nice if while one is "up", they pay very close attention to what is going on. People do need to sleep and go to work, things come up. Example, the guy concerned about his family in London.

Most of the time I play this game is just before I am ready for bed. If I was able to get a guess right, I have worried about posting a pic that wouldn't get a guess in the time I would want to retire for the night. In that case, I would make a hint obvious and after a while go to bed.

I propose no more than a couple of hours go before someone else can jump in and post a picture. Not so much that someone's picture has to be forfeited. It should still be able to guess at. But now we need to identify the pictures. #1 or #2 should work. I could see it now, "I believe the picture that looks like dental work in a rotten tooth is really a crack in the handle of an antique tea cup".

What do ya'll think?

Randy

Here is a thought I had a week ago, along about page 34.
