While off over the holidays I parked my blind in our backyard and waited for birds to come to our feeders.

1. Male House Finch

4. Female Cardinal - This was the only one that I took through the glass of our patio doors so it's softer than I would like.

Great series, Stephen. #4 isn't that soft to these old eyes.

Hey Stephen, to me sometimes the slightly soft images have an art-like quality, I really like #4 and think it would look beautiful in a frame; I like the mood it conveys.

Sharon I was quite comfortable on my little stool in the blind. ;)

Paul & Stan I do like the soft effect too sometimes.

DB I managed to get my best junco images yet over the holidays.
