You are a little thin on details. Are you just telling us this is what you are taking or are you after opinions. If it is the latter it would be nice to know when you are going, where you are going, what you are wanting to shoot.

Out of sheer curiosity why are you going to carry an empty water bottle across the Atlantic Ocean.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

Where in America? North, Central or South America?

It looks (via your photo) that you are going to spend alot of time taking serious photographs. I hope you have fun.

With all of that equipment you only have one camera. You need a back-up camera.

Starting Boston, doing New York, going Phoenix and LA

Water bottle will be full but I might leave that because of liquid laws.

Electrical adapters are already there, and my canon is from the states (Kerso)

The 24-70 and 70-200 are great choices. Really, you don't need much more than that! Enjoy your travels, stay safe and post shots along the way.

lol I am pretty sure you can buy a water bottle for around $1 once you hit the states.

Looks like you're quite prepared for your trip, although the water bottle had me scratching my head as well. ;) And if you absolutely need a tripod at some point during your travels, you can always rent for a couple of days. I've never rented in Phoenix, but I know that doing so in NY and LA (where I'm fron) is quite easy and convenient. Have a great trip!

It looks like a great deal of lighting equipment, but no tripod - I'm guessing it's not landscapes you're thinking of. You don't even say if you'll be shooting outdoors or in studios. More info required if you're looking for advice.

Mark.

Wow....you really lay out the details. I also would suggest a backup body just in case. If your camera dies, everything else will become useless.

That's some serious lighting gear for travel photography, what are you planning on shooting?

Unless there were extenuating circumstances, I'd personally forgo most of those accessories and take a backup body.

I'm a little perplexed by the inclusion of the manuals and completely bamboozled by the water bottle.
