I've gotten more interested in photography in the past couple of years and bought myself a macro (Canon EF 100mm) this past summer. Just going through some photos, and thought I'd share a couple. Comments welcome...I still don't really know what I'm doing most of the time!

The spiderweb w/ dewdrops was only about 3 inches across total!

Thank you all! I was slightly addicted to dewdrop spiderwebs for a couple of weeks and took quite a few photos, I love how they look! Its also amazing how little wind it takes to make them move and be blurry. The flower was taken the day I got the lens, I was wandering around the backyard looking for things to take pictures so I got down on the ground under some daisies, I really like it too! And I kind of like the imperfection of that one petal.

Personally, I like the first one too.
I have never seen that, and I've looked, just never a good spiderweb when you look for them, but when you don't, they're all in your hair! heheh

The second's good too, nothing at all wrong with that, I'm just more attracted to spiderwebs, I guess.
I can spend four hours in my backyard without even trying, I can't stop sometimes, one more, i always need just "one more"... heheh

Nice stuff though, and maybe someday maybe I'll get a good wet web like yours.

Thanks!

You'll get a good web someday...I was pretty lucky that I found so many good webs this past September. I was right near a pond I'd walk down to every morning before work and there were always lots of webs, often covered with droplets.

I also got lucky on lighting I suppose, since it was all natural :)
