Hoping to get a 70-200 or a 135L, Can't decide if I want to go with a prime kit or a mix of both. Just seems like primes offer the best quality, and I feel like it will make me move to get the shot I want. But, anything will be a step up from my kit lens...

To stop wishing for crap I cant afford.

Being able to afford the crap I don't need but keep wishing for...

I actually got most of what was on my wish list for 2010, but there is still a lens or two that I would like to get before year's end.

Purchased in 2010:
-Canon 35L
-Sigma 50
-Canon 135L

Would like to get before the end of the year:
-Lens wider than 24mm
-Canon 85L
-Macro lens

Apparently I've been dubbed Foxy.

After a ton of waiting and thinking, I'm getting a 7D plus EF200L f2.8 in a month or two.

If Missus Skygod doesn't notice, I'll sneak in some Kenko extension tubes too....but we'll see.
;)

Well, 2010 has been really great for me so far... I scored an excellent engineering intern position that pays extremely well, so I am fortunate enough to be able to get some great gear, relatively quickly.

End of 2009 I had my T1i, 17-85, 70-200L, 50mm, and my 1.4x TC.

Currently, I have the 7D, 24-105L, 70-200L, Tokina 12-24 (finalizing order now), Speedlite 430EX II, 50mm, 1.4x TC.

So in just a few months I was able to upgrade my body, add another L, get a speedlite, and currently finalizing my order from a member here for the 12-24mm...

On my wish list for this year?

Adding the sigma 30mm f/1.4 prime, as well as maybe the canon 85mm, or 135mm L.

That should do it for this year :D

Preach it! I'm doing all I can to do the same. ;)

On my wishlist:
5D mk II
Sigma 12-24
A new computer to deal with all the fun little processing things I've learned; this 2 year old laptop isn't cutting it anymore! ;)

I'd probably like a 5DII but honestly, my 450D does me well and the rest of my gear is still way ahead of my ability.

My REAL wish is 100% contact/shoot rate with no flakes or ozones on Mayhem. Yeah, like that'll happen.

To complete my glass collection (if there is such a thing as that) with the addition of a EF-S 10-22 and EF 400 f/5.6L

Then we'll start dreaming on bodies for 2011.
