Self Portrait - Low Light?

Just wanted a few opinions. Would you consider this self portrait to be "low light"? Trying to decide whether to enter it into a "low light" competition. Thanks guys.

I wouldn't call it lowlight but good. Seem like you used a flash.

Yeah, flash bounced off a reflector. That's what I wasn't sure of, whether, since it was the only light source, it could be considered to be "low light". The rules of the competition were pretty vague. Might need to try something else. Thanks for looking.

I think it's a great self portrait, for sure, if not a low-light one.

the light is coming from "low"...if it's loose instructions then you can enter that..haha

I would not consider this to be low light portrait if i were a judge typically low light is black on black flash is OK but there is too much gray in this shot for low light in my opinion but a good self portrait non the less.
