I know better than to ask but...
Why did you think I was that young? In point of fact, I turn 49 next Wednesday.
If you're only 48 you ARE young!

If it does I suppose it's the reason I suffer from bad & uncreative compositions that border on cliche's. My greatest dream, is to find a wife selling her husbands gear for what he told her it was worth! Zenfolio

I bet they're horrendously expensive, though. I have enough trouble putting drops in my eyes, without even thinking about putting foreign bodies in them. I guess you can get used to anything with time. How do you know which way is 'up'? My luck, I'd put them in with the reading portion at the top ... They're not any more expensive than regular contacts, the ones I have are disposable, I wear them for 30-60 days. I think they're maybe $150 year. You can get great deals at 1-800-Contcats, as well as Costco. And there is no top or bottom like bifocal glasses, not sure exactly how they work, but they do. It does take a few weeks of putting them in and taking them out to get used to the whole idea, but now it's just part of my morning routine, lke shaving. Randy Brister, Cr.Photog.

I know it was a bit self indulgent, but it did come as a bit of a shock at the eye doctor. I'm 48 this year and he said it's just normal wear and tear. I just had a little panic when I thought of my hobby. I've worn glasses since my early teens, it's something you get used to. I shoot all the time with mine on and the only problem is that the glasses get a bit smudged sometimes. I do however treat myself to a shoot with contact lenses in! www.mikegreenphotography.co.uk

When I wear them I can't see the meter in the viewfinder on my IIN or the III, probably because my eye is further back. Chris
