You've got some nasty piece of new zealand-shaped sensor dust or something in the upper-mid right of your pictures.

you could add some positive exposure compensation, the snow in your first photo seems underexposed because you are facing the sun and your camera might be trying to expose the sky, leaving the snow underexposed. exposure compensation, or slower shutter/smaller f number/more iso will make the snow brighter but it will also blow out the sky. Maybe you could try next time with your back to the sun, I try to avoid having bright sun in my photos for this reason, it can make the sky washed out. you could also wait until the sun is lower in the sky.

Are you shooting in RAW? May be a simple white balance issue you could correct in post. Additionally, you can set a custom WB before you shoot, instructions can be found in your user manual or online, simple search.

As mentioned before the sun is overpowering your exposure, giving you the gray snow. My only suggestion for this would be trying HDR for this scene. Using the overexposed picture for the foreground/snow.

Lastly, you could try a graduated neutral density filter. I have the Cokin Z Pro system and love it. If you are not familiar, do a search, you will find tons of great information and examples on here.

Good luck.

Thx ,i didn't know what was that spot, i used to polish my lens again and again, about to dump them in dishwasher, and after your replay , i read a thread about sensor cleaning, was eassy to clean it using "manual cleaning meniu" and a Dynex lens cleaner pen, the piece was large , eassy to see and remove.
