They don't bother me or interfere with taking images. Some people hate them (non RAL).

If I were setting up/taking down a tripod 10 times/day, 5 days/week, I would probably have a different opinion. I don't use it every day, but when I do, I might have to fuss with it 5 or 6 times, at most. Doesn't bother me.

haha we should that would be funny.
Do you like the colored ballheads personally or prefer black.

When it comes to camera equipment, I prefer black unless I don't have a choice and end up with some "white".

Does the CT-3441S come with the Rapid / Anti-leg-rotation ?

Confused as I assumed Feisol wouldn't reuse the same CT-3441S and simply add RAPID...

I've been looking in 2 different places and just came to the realization on why I may be seeing $299 vs $388 .....

the CT-3441S does come with/without RAL. You are correct about the pricing $299 w/out RAL and $388 w/RAL

Confusing, yes, and that's exactly what Feisol did. The models numbers are the same, but only the Rapid models have anti-rotation legs.

I recently got the CM-1401 Rapid monopod for $111, whereas the non-Rapid version is $85.

ARL is the term and it adds about $90 to the price of Feisol legs. Well worth it from what I can see.

Delighted with mine and such great value for a virtual Gitzso quality
