ID assist requested, Tanzanian raptor

Back from Tanzania and nearly 7000 images to review. Conflicted on this image as suspect this is a Tawny eagle but the coloration on the beak is throwing me a bit. Juvy? Welcome insights & C&C.

Thank you, Keith. I really appreciate the help. The one picture I saw of the Bateleur had the mantle as a grey-cream. After reading, it can take up to seven years for immatures to attain full adult plumage. Thanks again for the keen eye. Something tells me I'll need more as I dig into images.

Having just done Kenya and 5,500 images I know that feeling, great pic and id looks correct in my book.

No problem, Patrick. It's not a bird I'm familiar with, but something about "eagle", "Africa" and "red face" rang a bell, and Google did the rest.
