This sign showed up recently at our local drive-in. It's a shame that its gone. We used to go to the drive-in all the time when we were kids and I enjoyed taking my kids to this one. Not no more......

So sad to see the drive-in has gone. I miss them around here. I remember them from when I was growing up, and I even went to the last one im my area a couple years ago, right before it was closed.

About the only thing I don't like of the picture is betond you control, and that is the semi trailer.

Thanks for the links. There is one left in the area! I may have to go visit it! Unless it is dark, and not updated on any of the sites.... It is still listed on Hollywood.com, but they don't list any showtimes....

I do remember the nights at the drive in. The last time I was at one was about 10 years ago.

Nice Capture! Now if a few of the tiles/sections were peeling/dropping off the screen......:)

I'd advise you to keep shooting this every 6 months (if possible) and see what develops!

I feel for your loss...

We just went to the drive in last weekend, it's a nice change.

Thanks for looking!
