I have a Mini and two Flex'es. This weekend, I'm renting a studio for a shoot, and they have one set of Plus II. Since they have 4 of AB1600, I'd like to use them all by mixing my Flex'es with Plus II. I've never used Plus II transceivers, but according to the manual, there are 4 channels. The Mini and Flex have only two channels. Will it work if I set everything to Channel 1?

Yes, and with the mini & flex you can actually program the 2 channels to any channel you want for backward compatibility with the old PWs, even the old 32-channel model.

Dont quote me on this since I dont own any PW's, but if I am looking at the manual for the Mini/Flex units (viewing via Pocket Wizard website) then it looks like you might be able to as long as the Mini/Flex is on Standard Channels 1-4 (the channels that the Plus II uses). I am sure someone who had PW's will be along shortly to either confirm or deny my interpitatiosn of the Mini/Flex user manual.
