Your gear has good potential. Much better body than what I have. I do a lot of low light shots in my work. Was IS turned off by any chance? Don't want to sound negative, but your signature seems to hold true in this situation. Robert

It can be very rewarding once you dial it in. Amazing at times to see what the camera can pick up with the right settings. Keep doing it. There are a few threads here that describe how to do it. Search night shots or low light and see what you get. Good luck. Robert
