Is there a change in what your shutter speed would be depending on the length of the lens you are using?

For example: a car in a straight going roughly 150mph
with a 70-200 @ 200mm would your shutter speed with higher or lower versus say a 400mm? or would there be no change due to length of the lens?

My brain is a bit frazzled tonight, but I think the more important factor is how far the bike is away from whatever is behind it that you want to blur. If there are lots of trees trackside, and the car is close to them, a quicker shutter will still blure it. If there is a bigger gap between the car and the trees, then a slower shutter speed will be needed to get the same amount of blur.

I think this is right becuase if you're a passenger in a car and you look at something at the roadside (i.e very close to you) to appears to be moving past a lot quicker than something futher away from the road - like a fence or row of houses.

I'm sure if I'm wrong someone will point you in the right direction :)

No.

Shutter speed depends mostly on how smoothly you can track the target in the frame. Target speed through the frame is the second factor. Lighting and background patterns that create an illusion of movement are the other factors.
