The biggest giveaway that it's a scam is the misspelling and poor grammar

Good stuff out there specifically geared towards messing with them. I wish I had as much imagination as these guys...

It certainly has all the typical bad grammer and spelling errors used by the traditional Nigerian scammers. Another tell tale sign is the sign off with "God Bless".

Yeah, that!

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Even if it was legit, I think it would be a pain to deal with someone who writes so poorly.

And don't be fooled by the check being okayed by your bank, sometimes these checks can bounce 2 or 3 months later. The really sophisticated scammers use real bank accounts (someone else's of course), and sometimes those accounts actually have the money to cover the check. When the real account owner notices the unauthorized check go through, they contact their bank and go through the process of disputing it, and you lose out.
