Wacom Intuos 3 vs 4

Am going to upgrade my tablet and was wondering from those who have used both.

Can you tell the difference between the senstivity upgrades?

I noticed the layout of the 4 to be a large improvement?

Any other things that separate these models that make the 4 "much" better over the 3?

I liked the Intuos 3 much better. I had far better pen sensitivity and response on the Intuos 3 tablet's pad which was smoother and less "rubbery". I could also get a softer and wider stroke which I have more problems with on the Intuos 4 despite all my attempts at pen adjustment.

I have the small size Intuos 4, no experience with the larger pad sizes. My Intuos 3 was larger (a medium size) and I found I wasn't using all the real estate.
