I visited my friends in Oxford Mills again today to try for a few more turkey photos. There were 5 big toms displaying today but I never did get them all together. Overall the large flock seems less timid of my presence now even thought they are still a bit wary.

My friends tell me that they will likely start to disappear in the next week or so.

Most images are 80-100% of full frame.

My thanks to everyone for taking the time to comment on this series.

I was very excited to have been able to photograph these birds close up. I can't remember a time before this when I wished that there were fewer birds. It would have allowed me an opportunity to photograph the males more on their own.
