More specifications, what do you NEED to have?
for traveling? backpack? roller? tripod mount?

For a shoulder bag you can work out of while still 'wearing' it, I'd look at the Domke F7. You can keep both bodies with lenses ready to use. A bit more difficult if one of your lenses is as large as a 70-200 1:2.8, though you can still make it work. The shoulder strap is long enough to cross carry like a messenger bag, and the waist belt helps distribute the load.

There are a lot of options though, and you may well not be looking for a shoulder bag.

More so to work out of.... A shoulder bag would be best for me.... I need something where when I'm shooting a wedding or session all my gear is on my side... I hate having 2 or 3 bags to hunt through... :D

What lenses is the big question. I use the Domke F1x or F7 for 2 bodies (combination of 5D2, 7D, 1D3) with 24-70 2.8, 70-200 2.8 IS, 100-400, Sigma 15-30, couple of flash units and assorted other small stuff. You need the 720-230 insert for that combo though.
