I've been trying to improve my skills by shooting around the feeders in my yard. Not a huge variety in my area right now. There were a couple of Cardinals coming around regularly but I haven't seen them in 2 weeks. It was very cloudy and grey Sat so I was practicing using fill flash with a Better Beamer. Some of them look a little too flashed for my liking so I still have work to do on balancing ambient exposure and -FEC. Anyhow, here's some of the better ones (IMO) any CC is appreciated. All were shot with a MKIIn and 400 5.6 w/1.4x tele.
