plawa Member 166 posts Joined Jun 2010 Location: Prague, CZ More info | Jun 16, 2010 02:10 | #1173 I have the Phottix grip (46 GBP shipped) and it's the best thing ever, I found it fairly difficult to hold the 550D comfortably since I have fairly large hands and my little finger was always floating in the air - the grip makes a huge difference. The only con was the initial "chinese rubber" smell that went away after a couple days and the fact that the markings on the buttons are quickly fading but I really couldn't care less.
