Kill yourself please. I just buy my T1i, and then this comes out.
It seem sooo much more capable.

Well noise reduction is said to be better. I'm tired of having to post-process my pictures just to get a shot like this, which in my opinion, still looks bad: Camera gear: Canon 5D Mark IV | Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L II | Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L II | Lights: Elinchrom Ranger RX Speed AS

Since you are PP'in, you might aswell NR while you are at it. Everyday, a programmer finds a way of creating an idiotproof program. Since you are PP'in, you might aswell NR while you are at it. To be honest, new products are going to come out pretty often, nothing you can do to stop it. Then you have to look at it this way, you wait for a T2i, then a litle while later something better comes out. Its always going to happen. Why not just sell what you have and then save up and make the move? I would, but I'm planning on keeping all of my equipment. :\ Camera gear: Canon 5D Mark IV | Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L II | Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L II | Lights: Elinchrom Ranger RX Speed AS

Maybe I'm weird, but it is xD or nothing for me at this point =P im with you to. My 500D is just fine for what i shoot. I can shoot wildlife and landscape just fine with it. The IQ is just as good as the XXd series and i dont need faster burst speed. Im also used to useing just the center focus point so i wouldnt really gain there either. The plastic body feels fine to me and the battery grip gives it that extra grip space and weight i need.
ISO 1600 on 55-250 IS
Never had to go over 1600 ISO yet but im sure i can get usable results from 3200 as well. Also dont trust these images you see from the beta models. Wait until the camera has been released for you see any real ISO comparisons. Flickr

But don't fret - your next camera probably won't be a rebel anyway, and the T2i doesn't look like it offers a whole lot more other than a higher MP count. Has Canon finally shaped the grip for adult hands, or is it still sized for 8 year old girls? 5D2, 24-105L, 85mm f/1.8, MP960, HG21, crumbling G6+R72, Brownian toddler
