First Pigtails

Got a 50 1.8 just over an month ago and have been trying to master it.
I love the low light capabilities, but sometimes have a hard time getting it to focus just how I want.

This is my niece Elizabeth. Her hair is finally long enough for pigtails. She was rather intrigued by them. Natural light from a window to the left.

I did a quick edit on color on your niece. As for the guy, I now belive that he should be garbed like a Rocker. No more of this guy next door stuff. I want spandex!

Whatever gets you through the night

The rocker guy is the guy next door. It was a 'College and Career' weekend getaway with churches from all of Ontario. This band is getting to be quite big and is recording their 3rd CD. They came up for the weekend cause it's the place where they got their start when they were just another band from a church.

I hadn't done any editing at all on the first two pictures, the bathroom is blue so it did have a blue look going on.
