SD cards can last years at the ocean bottom!

Interesting story here, a camera fished up from the atlantic ocean bottom was found by trawlermen, and 5 of pictures from the SD card were intact.

One of the photo's showed the cruise ship QE2, which last sailed in 2008.

Goes to show the ressiliance of flash memory!

Didn't do the Nikon camera much good though, did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats kinda neat, I'm sure many poor camera's are dropped into the ocean every year and most people never expect to ever see them again. This couple should be in for a surprise if they ever see this article!
