Please check the date, Linda ... this was long ago. While I do have the 100-400mm now, I think I may have used it at one concert but am not sure. I now backup my 70-200mm f/2.8 with the 300mm f/2.8, and the 300mm f/2.8 with the 70-200mm f/2.8. I would use the 100-400mm only in case of disaster or catastrophe!

Seriously, I would invite you again and again if I thought you would ever come. You could stay at our house, etc., but I cannot get you tickets or get your camera in. Tickets have become such an issue that most of the Entertainment Department personnel have T-shirts that say on the back, "No, I cannot get you tickets!". So, you pick an event (or I will send you individual invitations if that will increase the likelihood that you will accept), you buy tickets, I supply housing and good wine, and we'll do it often.
