This couple took advantage of a couple of free minutes to relax and soak in the fact that they had just gotten married while my assistant and me were packing up our stuff to move to another location. Fortunately, I rarely put the camera away, even if we are on the move and it paid off.

Thanks for looking,

This is a wonderful shot, and what makes it most special is that it is unplanned -- just two people in love enjoyng being together. The capture of this moment is one I'm sure the couple will look back on and apreciate fondly forever.

Lovely capture of the moment. My only nitpick is the big black thing off to the left. I think an 8x10 crop with it removed looks a bit better.

Thanks Tigran, it was really nice to capture them like this because during the whole shoot they were so amped and full of energy.

I like that crop as well, but I kind of miss the portion of the tree that was to the left. Maybe I will crop out the light and see how that looks.

Sorry but it doesn't do much for me.

My eyes drawn to the big black light first and then to the stain on the back of the seat, the couple are the 3rd thing I notice. Clone out the light and the brown stain on the seat and it may improve things.

Regards tkbslc's suggest crop I dont think thats the best solution, cropping to a different size ratio should be the last resort to save a picture that otherwise doesn't work, keeping the same crop ratio to what the camera natively shoots makes print sales much easier.

While I agree my crop isn't perfect (feel like the left side is empty now), 2:3 does not scale to very many standard US print sizes very well. So I don't know if that is an accurate statement. Most people order 5x7, 8x10 and 11x14. None of those are anywhere close to the sensor ratio.

Thanks for commenting...I do agree with you to an extent. I think the images works for what it is. It was an unexpected quick grab of an isolated moment. Although I do agree that it can be better by cloning out the items you have mentioned. I will do just that and repost.

I used the clone/stamp tool in photoshop. By using this tool you can sample areas of an image and paint with those sampled areas with a brush. By adjusting the opacity and hardness of the brush, you can achieve different results. You can find many tutorials on the internet that will show you the basics of this tool.
