Humpback Whales - Maui

I got back recently from a trip to Maui, and was lucky enough to get a few good shots of some whales breeching. I've shot whales a couple times before, but usually only got tails and backs.

The first shot was pure luck, we were facing one direction watching a group of males, and I heard a noise behind me, spun around, held down the shutter and pointed in the general direction of the noise. It turned out to be 2 males breeching and chest bumping.

Better to be lucky than good! :lol:
