Feb 15, 2010 16:48 | #7 Yes. Same aircraft as in picture #1 and #4. It's a Hawker 700 and hasn't been airworthy for over a year. Although they are repairing it to fly again so it can be sold. 40D ~ EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM ~ EF 50mm f/1.4 USM ~ EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS USM

I was invited back to their facilities so maybe some night this week I can take what I learned from that shoot and improve. Maybe they'll move some things around for you as well? Jay

(lens, f-stop, tripod, etc.) Trying to get my hangar shots up to this level (if I ever can...) Thanks! The first four shots I don't really like at all, even though the hangar was well lit, the lights were very high and just didn't provide anything to my liking. The last three shots I really like, my favorite being the prop shot of the King Air. This hangar was very dark except for two overhead lights on above the aircraft, which proved to be very dramatic. 40D ~ EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM ~ EF 50mm f/1.4 USM ~ EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS USM
