Wow great in your face falcon. Our locals live/nest on a bridge. We start on them in March. A pretty large-loyal group of shooters under the bridge bobbing and swinging to nail these speed demons.

About 30 Mtrs its a crop, The falcon is leaving the Catherdral tower where she rear's her family. I am on the ground a distance from the tower to get the angle. I have a total of 600mm of class with the 2 x tc on, plus the 1.6 sensor of the 40D.

Very nice. I assume the spikes on the security camera are to prevent birds from landing. Looks like a few feathers stuck on them??

I think the feathers are remains of thier meals, it rains feathers from above when they are plucking thier meals.
