Anyone else have this problem? I installed it twice, launch it, and it tries to start but nothing ever happens and I have to do a force quit. I did get it to run on my Mac Pro, but it refuses to start on my MacBook Pro w/4gb ram.

I have Mac OS X 10.6.2 running on my MacBook Pro and I'm not having any problems running the PW Utility on it. You might want to shoot an email to PW support and ask them if they' know why PW Utility won't start on your MBP or if there have been reports of other people with the same problem.

Thanks for the reminder to update my firmware! No problems here(10.6.2/mbp). Good luck getting that to work.

Utility runs fine on my MBP with 10.5.
And this reminded me to check for updates.
Now to download.

Have you tried repairing your permissions on your mac? In addition I use a great program called Onyx give it a try and then try reinstalling the pocket wizard utility.
