Can someone that has a lens coat possibly tell me how thick the neoprene is?

And if you are feeling really helpful could you possibly take a picture of the inner side (non camo side) of the neoprene and post them here....and if you happen to be the owner of the lenscoat for the 100-400 I would be very interested in seeing pics around the entire lens....the lenscoat site doesn't show the back of the lens and I am curious...also the site says that there is a hole near the red dot but the pic doesn't even have neoprene there...also curious how the strips around the IS and focus area are held in place because they seem to just be stuck to the lens.

TIA

It's maybe 1 - 1.5 mm thick and smooth on the back (like an inner tube). On lenses where the Lens Coat has a full band, they have a hole for the red dot to show. The 100-400 includes some adhesive-backed neoprene for use on sections where you can't have a continuous band (like on the 100-400 at the rear or on a tripod mounting ring).
