The second one would rock if you had the background from the first. The first one's a liitle shallow DOF but nevertheless very nice and crisp. Love the colours.

I'm loving the natural feeling of #1, with the look through, the eye just draws you in. It's got a Jurassic park feeling - nice sharp colours.

I like #2 a lot. The background is distracting, but it's real and this is a pic of your pet in your environment. The lighting is great and the colors stand out.

love the first picture, excellent detail around the eye!
