I've just noticed a thread that has been locked because it refers to another forum.
Just wondering if anyone has any opinions as to why it is that some forum administrators get really touchy about their members being on other forums and referring to them.
Not trying to stir the pot, just curious.

I doubt that is why it was locked.

Looks like it was because it had absolutely nothing to do with POTN or photography; the Mod. provided the correct solution (contact support at the other forum) and closed the thread. If I started a thread about problems with my cell phone provider, they'd probably close that out too.

Some Canon stuff and a little bit of Yongnuo.
