I love the shadow personally. Adds depth to an otherwise extremely bland garage photo.

Maybe on both sides. There seem to be a lot more one way streets now than when I was a boy in the 50s. We don't always park on the right side of the street anymore.

They scratch against curbs making a noise to tell you that you're close to the kerb. Helps avoid rim-rash if you're a bad driver..
