Thank You. I have some pictures of just the car, but I stepped back and looked for something better. Bob.

I really like the look and feel of this Image. What did you do in post to accomplish that, if you don't mind me asking?

Cheers,
JOE

Those old trucks are making me weak! Love them.
This shot could be in the panning thread as the worlds slowest pan :-)

Not much in post, I shoot with Sony full frame sensors and I always shoot my lenses wide open and tend to underexpose, then bring up the file in post with some contrast, love me some contrast, I spend maybe 3 minutes in post with each file. I find the files to be rich in color and detail, a fullness that caused me to sell everything Canon I ever owned, not to start a gear war, as I was a long time Canon girl (been shooting since the late 70's) but I find Sony full frame sensors with fast glass makes for some wow images with pop, depth and a richness I hadn't experience with other gear.

It works for sure. No I have to try and see if I can come close with my canon. Lol

I know Canon is more then capable and obviously can produce a nice file, so I am not trying to trash Canon in anyway, I am simply being honest, I find Sony Full Frame IQ to be so much better. I am sure others will say the reverse as this is a 'subjective' topic in some ways,

I had to spend more time in post when I shot Canon, with Sony (atleast for me) I get more out of camera files that need very little editing which gives me a faster workflow which is key for me when I am on a timetable to deliver files to a client.

I understand. you said clients. So I can safely say your a pro. I'm a hobbyist, and as such i van only justify spending so much. Where as a pro, tools and price of them have a different meaning. Thanks for taking time to reply. It's always a pleasure to hear opinions of more experienced photographers.

Joe
