Taken with the Canon 10-18 a while back.
Gave it to my ex, prefer the Tokina 12-28 F4

Super-rare in the U.S. - the Nissan Figaro. Only 20,073 built, primarily for the Japanese market, and until relatively recently not approved for import into the U.S. I don't know what's up with the '56 on the license tag, because these were produced only in 1991. But it's certainly a retro look, so....

I'm mainly here for the snacks

Am i the only one that thinks some of the shots shouldn't be in this page? The title of this thread is "lets see your BEST" most of the shots in here are basic snap shots without much thought put into location etc. I don't mean to come off like a butt head. But damn.

not the first time that has been mentioned...one response was, what if that is the BEST they can do...then it is their BEST...there has also been much posting about putting car show pics in here, when there is a thread for that and its really not the same...a car portrait should have a lot of thought and work put into it...from location, to angle, to lighting, to post work...it should not come off as a snapshot with a cellphone IMO...but thats just my view on it...and I tend to comment or hit the like button on those images that I feel meet those parameters...

irishguy0224, I agree with you and find it frustrating to see people post anything and everything they shoot. It seems like people are posting the same image in as many threads as possible as long it fits the subject. Perhaps the toughest part of the creative process if filtering ones own work.

I agree for sure, i mean some of the pics in here are literally cell phone pics and others are just random snaps of cars. It just gets old when there are those of us in here looking to build and grow off of each others good solid work and the thread gets flooded with snaps. Maybe it's just me.

As much as I agree with you guys, we don't have the capability to make someone read & understand what "Best" means, & since we have no way to move a post to "Let's See Your Crappy Car Pics", we're stuck with what's posted because I'm not going to delete a post of what might actually be the best that a particular member is capable of imaging.

This holds true not only in this thread, but in many cases, the entire forum. I see many pictures that I wonder why someone would have even pressed the shutter release. Like some just walk around and point at whatever, and shoot. Then come her and post 'em up.

It's a puzzler to me. -?

Afterthought to my above post: If you post a really crappy image here, we're ALL going to think that it's the best than you can do! (You know who you are!) ; D
