Keep in mind the loss of details in the wheels due to overwhelming shadows... I'm more of a high contrast person most of the time, but with this image, given the subject, the foreground and the background colors, I'd go for less contrast. I might even go one step beyond and desaturate the image another 50%, for an old-time faded photo effect.

I think its really a matter of opinion and what your end goal is? Are you looking for a more creative effect or a clear sharp pic, i like the top, it looks crisp. Canon 6D l 35L

Keep in mind the loss of details in the wheels due to overwhelming shadows... Contrast seems OK in both cases, so it's down to what YOU saw and/or prefer. The WB however, on my monitor at least, is way too yellow. That might just be me, because I have noticed through my own processing that I tend to prefer cooler WB. 5D3, 7D2, EF 16-35 f/2.8L, EF 24-70 f/2.8L II, EF 24-105 f/4L, EF 70-200 f/2.8L II, EF 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L II, EF 1.4x III, Sigma 150mm macro, Lumix LX100 plus a cupboard full of bags, tripods, flashes & stuff.
