Ok everybody. You sure haven't made this one esay.

I was torn between 3 of these but I had to pick one. I would have picked "Mist" by deathcake if the the crop would have cropped out the disturbing B/G just above the subject sitting. If the crop would have come to the top of the red pavement it would'a been the one because all the lines lead to the subject. So thats #2.

I also liked John Bs bubble predator and is #3

And the winner is Ed "Am I Blue" I like the crop, the color and the mood of this image. I can't find anything that jumps out as not belonging in the frame. The only slight negative is I feel the umbrella is just a bit hot. I think its important its just a little to hot/exposure wise and if toned down slightly would make this image even stronger.

So Ed you take the gold.
deathcake silver
and John bronze
GREAT JOB!!!

Great job everyone and you all made it very difficult.

Congrats Ed, beautiful image. Excellent efforts, everyone. Allen, thank you for the cool challenge and the hm.

Sorry for the self, but when people decline to be photographed, I am forced to turn the camera upon myself...yak!.

Looking forward to the next challenge.

New contest HERE

Note:
It will be a day shorter because I'm flying out early on Thursday, with no access to a computer until late Friday. I extended the deadline until midnight Wednesday.

Have fun with it!
