And the winner is Ed "Am I Blue" I like the crop, the color and the mood of this image. I can't find anything that jumps out as not belonging in the frame. The only slight negative is I feel the umbrella is just a bit hot. I think its important its just a little to hot/exposure wise and if toned down slightly would make this image even stronger.

I liked Ed's too but for a couple of different reasons. :)

And congratulations Ed, I suspected you would win with that one, excellent choice =D

DC everything else was working in this image except that area I mentioned. I knew a great photographer that once told me either everything in the frame is helping your visual statement or hurting it. There is nothing that just neutral. All the lines led to the guy in blue and his size in the frame helped emphasize his isolation. Just crop it to the top of the red pavement and you will eliminate the part thats not helping the statement.
