More skatepark photos. I try to bring my equipment once a week to take photos of the skaters. They're always stoked to get some photos, haha. Anyway, here is a few, more is up on the flickr...

Definitely some nice shots. Lighting is sweet on all of them.

Just one thing i'll add though: clone out all the lights in the background of #1...it'll make it 4x cooler.

But yeah, overall, really well done.

Wow! I think #2 is excellent. I'd prob crop tighter but that's just personal pref. What lens did you use? Lighting set up?

Haha, thanks guys. Reason for the looser compositions is because in skate photography it is pretty much standard to show where they are going to land and where they came from.

The lens used was my sigma 70-200. 2 strobes used for each photo, left and right. 285hv's on 1/2 power during day and 1/16th during night.

lighting looks great, so does the composition. Makes me want to take my lights up into the snowboard park one of these days :)
