Thanks guys! So, I just submitted the first 2 to Thrasher Magazine. It is the first time I have ever submitted to a magazine, haha. I tried to find an email for skateboarder mag and transworld but couldn't find one.

I know I gotta get more street photos and invest in a fisheye. The only problem is that my friends go during the time I have work, so I never have opportunity for some street photos. But I do have a few street photos.

Mags dig street and don't really care for park stuff. It's really hard to get published in anything other than the reader-submitted sections. When you do get published in the reader-submitted sections, it's cool at first but then loses it's cool value as you realize that all of the photos around yours are all point-and-shoot. :(

Ya, pretty much all I am aiming for at the moment, I guess, haha. I know that mags only really aim for street, which is why I haven't even submitted any prior. I'd submit the little amount of street photos that I have but since I don't have an external HD for my photos, my old computer with all my photos got messed up. So I don't have the full-res ones.

Keep doing what you are doing...make yourself happy and confident, grow your customer base, keep submitting and challenging yourself...You will do fine! You show GREAT potential, knowledge, and an artistic eye(which I wish I had). Keep pushing that trigger finger! look forward to more great shots.

Scott~

Just Google..how to submit photos to transword.... click on faq bmx questions...that will show you exactly how and who to submit to. Good luck and hope to see your pics in the mags!!!!!

the lighting in the front rock on that bank is so wack compared to what it could've been. and the comp and timing on the switch frontside flip is awkward

Ya, I would have had a 2nd flash on the left for the fs rock but I my batteries died and I didn't have any backup, haha. But, I do agree on the switch fs flip. I had it on burst I believe and it captured that way. Which is why I plan to get a 7d or 1d sometime this year.

Not often you see long lens 'action sports' shots (I'm a bmx photog myself).
I dig them. Second one is rad.
