I am a noob when it comes to video. Now what do I with my mov file to email it to my wife away on business? I shot it in 24 frames at 1080. I'm guessing I'll have to resize and make it into an mpeg? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Canon "Snappy".... Thanks Mom and Dad!
