Is this in a flooded area? I think I see a high water mark. It's a great picture but flooding isn't a great thing.

The St. Croix River (between Minnesota and Wisconsin) frequently floods its banks in the spring, after the snow melts. The gazebo is elevated above the flood waters, which is probably about 3-4 feet deep.
