white vinyl backdrop

I've been trying to decide what kind of backdrop I want. I have been looking for a white vinyl backdrop and came across this:

I've never bought anything off ebay, but this backdrop seems way cheaper than most I have found. Anyone familiar with this store or even purchasing off of ebay? Should pay more (around $100 or more) at a well known store like B&H?

Does anyone know of a different place to get a white vinyl backdrop for a good deal? I'm looking something 8 or 9 foot wide and length at least 15'.
