It's not bad. Definitely some issues, like insufficient lighting, and contrast in lighting, to differentiate the front wall more-or-less facing us from that to our left, which "flattens" the building oddly for the viewer. I seem to be saying this about every second picture I critique today, but it also seems like you've angle the camera upwards from horizontal - centre of the shot is three quarters of the way up the building - way over your head. That's create quite a bit of distortion, pinching the building's vertical inwards towards the top, and left a smidge too little foreground.
Whether it's competition worthy depends a lot on the competition, how it compares to your other work, and whether you've got a reputation you feel you need to live up to or are just doing it for fun....
