I don't think it's an ideal test subject (and it'd be better to sort out the under exposure before NRing) but honestly, it looks like a plastic toy, Jamie.

Keith a bit of background....this is effectively my first try at using Pixmantra's PS/NI action basically I just picked one of the first 1600 night shots I found cropped it ran the action just to see the difference.

The advice on the forum is to run NR first then do your PP.

Yes it does look like a plastic toy and I'll get on and try another image though what I'm testing is noise reduction and boy the difference merely using that metric is amazing.

Here is the original...A fishing boat returning to Polperro harbour (almost dark 8pm end of September)

Not great but more up your street Keith...

LTT @ 3200 before & after FlexNR2.2 out of LR 2.6 into CS3 and back to LR with one click...

No other PP done yet....(not going to bother this is just a NR test)
