Went down to Newhaven harbour for the sunrise, but the clouds rolled in. Waited for a while then the sun started to pop through. Shot with 50d+17-40L fitted with grad. n/d filter, then conv. to B/W. C+C welcome.

The only thing is the blacks are too black. If you can lift some of the blacks to get some detail it would look alot better. To me, it just looks dark.

I find the image a bit too dark and I don't find the subject to be much of interest, perhaps because things are lost in the darkness of the image.
